There is plenty of big money being spent at the Fasig Tipton sales and the hopes and dreams are in the air. It’s odd how with so many of these pricey purchases not panning out, people are still quick to jump into the deep end of the pool only to get beat in Maiden Special Weight races a few years down the line by horses who cost 75% less. Even the law of averages says you’d have a better chance with five for 200k each, than one for a cool million.
