Frankie Dettori had his suspension reduced but will still miss some major mounts coming up. Personally I prefer the way inquiries and fouls are handled in Europe as opposed to here in the US. There the riders are fined and penalized hard, but rarely are horses disqualified penalizing blameless bettors. [...]
